This project aims at optimizing the existing Industrial Waste Disposal Plan (IWDP), simplifying its review procedures, grasping material flows, promoting circular recycling, and enhancing the independent management effect for the firms and partners. In this regard, through the four aspects of this project: "Integration of IWDPs platform", "Resource recycling promotion", "Utilization of auxiliary tools", and "Management and administrative decision support", the information regarding the varied industrial waste quantities and capacity listed in the permits or registrations will be integrated into the baseline of the IWDPs, and the integrated management and format of the IWDPs will be optimized. And the on-site investigations with relevant research and analysis will incorporate specific wastes or resources into recycling examples for both the IWDP-reviewing agency and the IWDP-preparing firms to follow. At the same time, on the review side, it is planned to improve the legal management tools and the value-added application of the industrial waste declaration data. On the business side, this project will strengthen the independent management function of the waste sources and the recipients of waste, so as to achieve the effect of coordinated management from both ends. Moreover, it will cooperate the effective period of the IWDPs with the integrated operation of environmental protection permits in order to formulate the related management mechanism for the system inspection and submission/review management. This will help the review agency respond in advance.
